USA Prep Football Network provides high school football coverage including game scores, schedules, standings, rankings, coaching records, school profiles, championship history, and related news content across all 50 states. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Service, you agree to: • Access the Service only through the interfaces we provide • Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm the Service or its infrastructure • Not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

High school football data is sourced from state athletic associations, public records, and other third-party sources. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA PREP FOOTBALL NETWORK, PURCELL ANALYTICS & DATA, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your use of or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein • Any errors or omissions in any content on the Service • Any third-party content or conduct on the Service Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
